The Dining Room
Gastronomy Menu
The Gastronomy Menu is the definitive Quince experience, a culinary tasting journey composed nightly by Chef Michael Tusk. This menu showcases seasonal ingredients from Northern California, including produce harvested from our own organic farm in Bolinas in West Marin.
Friday & Saturday Lunch
On Fridays and Saturdays, we invite you to an elegant, four-course lunch. This curated menu is an elegant and relaxed midday pause from the week, offered in our main dining room.
The Bolinas Bar
Our bar and salon, namely the Bolinas Bar, offers a more convivial and intimate environment adjacent to the main dining room.
California Coast & Valleys Menu
The California Coast & Valleys menu is a refined, four-course journey through the distinct character of California's terroir. This menu is available with a reservation only.
Seating
Seating in the Bolinas Bar is on a first-come, first-serve basis for cocktails and our light fare menu. Reservations are required only for those wishing to experience the California Coast & Valleys menu.
Private Events
Located just above the bar, our private dining room can seat up to 16 guests, with views into the adjacent wine cellar. The room is offset by a wall of brick arches, true to the nature of our historically landmarked building.
For larger groups, exclusive use of the restaurant can be arranged for both lunch and dinner events, with the opportunity to begin with a reception in the bar as the perfect setting in advance of a seated meal.
Reservations for all dining experiences are released on the 1st of the month prior to your visit. For example, July reservations are released on the 1st of June.
